What happens after checkout.

Scope
Automated claim-level triage for one nonfiction document extract of up to 12,000 characters, with a private claim map and verification backlog.
Turnaround
Processing begins after Stripe confirms payment and the customer submits the extract. The report is normally generated during that private session; recovery may require support if a dependency fails.
Privacy
The document is processed transiently. Maha stores an input digest and the private report, including claim excerpts, but not the submitted source document as a separate retained object.
Failure and refund
If payment is confirmed but Maha cannot deliver the report, the customer may choose a rerun or a full refund. A delivered report is non-refundable except where required by law.
