How to Know If We Are Wrong
The difference between ideology and science is falsifiability. An ideology cannot be proven wrong because it will twist any evidence to fit its narrative. A scientific framework invites attack — and updates when the attack succeeds.
We believe the Maha Principle is the most accurate available model for navigating the present crisis. We are not gurus. We are observers. If the data changes, the model must change.
To protect this work from becoming a closed belief system, we are publishing our kill criteria: the specific evidentiary thresholds that, if met, would require us to retract or substantially revise our core claims.
Claim 1: Industrial Seed Oils Are a Primary Driver of Metabolic Disease
The thesis: Industrial processing renders the polyunsaturated fatty acids in seed oils chemically unstable, producing oxidised compounds (including 4-hydroxynonenal and aldehyde derivatives) that, when consumed at scale, may contribute to mitochondrial dysfunction and systemic inflammation. The rise of seed oil consumption tracks closely with the rise of metabolic disease in Western populations.
What would falsify this:
A large-scale Randomised Controlled Trial showing that a population consuming industrial seed oils as more than ten percent of total calories demonstrates no statistically significant increase in inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, IL-6, oxidised LDL) over a five-year period, compared to a matched population consuming stable fats.
Mechanistic studies rigorously demonstrating that high-heat industrial processing of linoleic acid does not produce oxidised derivatives at dietary doses, or that such derivatives are metabolised without cellular integration.
Historical data demonstrating that the significant rise in obesity and type 2 diabetes rates in Western populations preceded the large-scale introduction of cottonseed and soybean oils into the food supply — which would eliminate chronological grounds for a causal claim.
Claim 2: The Attention Economy Is Measurably Degrading Cognitive Capacity
The thesis: Algorithmic feeds are engineered to maximize interruption and variable reward delivery, producing a chronic state of attentional fragmentation that degrades the capacity for sustained deep work, executive function, and emotional regulation at population scale.
What would falsify this:
Longitudinal studies demonstrating no measurable decline in sustained attention or reading comprehension among heavy social media users (four or more hours daily) compared to matched low-use populations, when controlling for age and socioeconomic status.
Neuroimaging evidence demonstrating that the high-frequency context-switching characteristic of heavy digital media use enhances rather than degrades executive function and complex problem-solving capacity in long-term users.
Population-level data showing no statistically significant correlation between daily screen time and anxiety, depression, or self-reported attentional difficulty when sleep and socioeconomic variables are held constant.
Claim 3: Decentralised Local Food Systems Are More Resilient Under Systemic Shock Than Centralised Just-in-Time Supply Chains
The thesis: Distributed, redundant, locally rooted food supply chains are antifragile — they absorb and adapt to disruption. Centralised, hyper-efficient just-in-time supply chains are fragile — when disrupted, they fail rapidly and without buffer.
What would falsify this:
Systematic data from documented supply chain disruptions (pandemics, severe weather events, infrastructure failures) showing that communities relying primarily on local and regional food sourcing experienced higher rates of caloric insecurity than communities relying on global just-in-time delivery.
Economic and agronomic analysis rigorously demonstrating that regenerative, localised agriculture cannot — even with full technological Optimization — achieve the caloric density required to provide nutritional security for a modern urban population.
Claim 4: Individual somatic health is sufficient to solve macro-level political coordination.
The thesis: individual cellular and attentional sovereignty is a sufficient precursor to solving macro-level coordination failures (Moloch dynamics, public-goods provision, regional defense) without specialized, non-fractal macroeconomic or political design.
What would falsify it: a systematic historical or game-theoretic analysis demonstrating that communities composed entirely of metabolically and attentionally sound individuals still suffer the same prisoner’s dilemmas, public-goods tragedies, or regulatory capture — proving that macro-coordination is an independent problem-space that bottom-up biological sovereignty alone cannot solve.

If presented with the evidence described above, we commit to publicly updating our position. We are loyal to the outcome — human vitality and biological sovereignty — not to the specific mechanisms we currently believe produce it. A model that cannot be falsified is not a model. It is a faith.
